Blackmoor, a small suburb in the city, has recently been hit with a string of fatal hauntings, with strange green energy seen all around. With the area quarantined to prevent these hauntings spreading it has become derelict, with gangs running wild in the streets and those who remain terrified. With the culprit of these hauntings not known, it is your job to explore and track down information on what this spirit is and, most importantly, how to stop it's deadly rampage.
